London Land Group and Samsung Electronics UK sign partnership agreement

London Land Group has announced a multi-million pound innov­a­tion partner­ship that will see Samsung Electron­ics UK supply digital appli­ances to all of London Land Group’s current and future devel­op­ments.

The partner­ship will initially see London Land Group’s flagship devel­op­ment, The Water­front Poole, with 291 apart­ments fitted out as fully connected homes, offering residents the ability to connect and control all their smart devices through Samsung’s SmartTh­ings platform. The appli­ances, including ovens, hobs, fridge freezers, dishwash­ers and washing machines, will be purchased using Samsung Capital to fund the kit as well as on-going mainten­ance. In addition, The Waterfront’s two communal club lounges with full kitchen and dining facil­it­ies will also feature Samsung’s state-of-the-art products, such as the Samsung Smart Oven with Dual Cook Flex and Air Fry.
