    Pre-cast concrete frames and façade, including windows and balconies have started to be installed in Distel House up to level 2, and Estar House level 1. The columns on the ground level of Clover House are being installed to start the pouring of the level-1 concrete floor.

    The concrete deck of Level 1 for Distel and Estar House is 80% complete with concrete mould and steel framework in place. The river wall, a structure for water retention, is ready to be poured.
