The Waterfront Celebrates Completion of All External Works as Block A Tops Out
London Land Group, developers of The Waterfront residential development, in partnership with offsite construction specialists Creagh, has officially completed all external works at The Waterfront—a landmark 291-home development on Poole’s waterfront. The milestone was reached as Block A topped out this week, bringing the final pre-cast panel into place after a focused 16-week build programme.
The event was marked on Thursday 19th June with a rooftop celebration, attended by the London Land Group and Creagh teams, and signals a shift in focus to the internal fit-out of apartments, where high-quality finishes and specification are now taking shape across the development.
