The Waterfront Celebrates Completion of All External Works as Block A Tops Out

London Land Group, developers of The Water­front resid­en­tial devel­op­ment, in partner­ship with offsite construc­tion special­ists Creagh, has officially completed all external works at The Waterfront—a landmark 291-home devel­op­ment on Poole’s water­front. The milestone was reached as Block A topped out this week, bringing the final pre-cast panel into place after a focused 16-week build programme.

The event was marked on Thursday 19th June with a rooftop celeb­ra­tion, attended by the London Land Group and Creagh teams, and signals a shift in focus to the internal fit-out of apart­ments, where high-quality finishes and specific­a­tion are now taking shape across the devel­op­ment.

Buyers can now explore three fully dressed show spaces, including a newly launched water-facing three-bedroom apartment, giving an exclusive first look at the spacious layouts and refined finishes on offer.

To mark this latest phase, London Land Group and Savills is hosting an exclusive weekend event, offering potential buyers the chance to step inside this never-before-seen show home. Inter­ested parties are encour­aged to get in touch early to secure their place.

The Water­front offers a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apart­ments across five buildings, priced from £275,000. The devel­op­ment has won multiple awards for its design and contri­bu­tion to Poole’s regen­er­a­tion and is due to welcome its first residents from Autumn 2025.
