The Waterfront residential development by London Land Group, is thrilled to announce its latest triumph at the International Property Awards 2023-2024.

The Waterfront residential development by London Land Group, is thrilled to announce its latest triumph at the International Property Awards 2023-2024. The awards ceremony, held at The Savoy London on 22nd February, saw The Waterfront clinch the esteemed ‘Best in Europe’ award, further solidifying its reputation as a beacon of modern architectural design and innovation in the European property landscape.

Following its triumphant success at the UK Property Awards earlier in the year, where it secured three awards including ‘Best in the UK’ for architecture, The Waterfront continues its winning streak by securing the ‘Best in Europe’ accolade at the International Property Awards 2023-2024.

Renowned for celebrating excellence in architecture, development, and interior design, the International Property Awards are the largest, most prestigious and widely recognised programme celebrating excellence in the property industry. The awards, now in their 30th year, are judged by an independent panel of over 100 industry experts with judging focussing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. Notably, the panel is chaired by esteemed members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament, Lord Best, Lord Thurso, Lord Waverley and the Earl of Lytton.

“We are immensely proud of The Waterfront’s achievements at the UK Property Awards and now at the International Property Awards,” said Mario Luca Balducci, CEO of London Land Group.

“Our team are dedicated to delivering an iconic addition to Poole’s quayside, further enhancing the local landscape and enriching the lives of our residents through unparalleled quality, convenience and innovation and these awards are testament to everyone’s hard work to date. It’s particularly gratifying to see The Waterfront identified as a pinnacle of excellence among competitors from across Europe as we progress closer to completion.”

Nestled along Upton Lake in Poole, Dorset, the quayside destination offers a selection of 1, 2, 3 bed and penthouse duplex apartments and premium amenities, including an entrance lobby and concierge, communal courtyard with office pods, two furnished resident club lounges and exclusive roof terraces with views out across the harbour. A new promenade and public realm will offer external seating whilst there will be four commercial spaces including two waterfront locations.
